Privacy Policy

Use of uploaded images - When configuring your user profile, an optional photo may be uploaded. This photo will only ever be shown to the instructors (admin users) of the app so that they may recognise you as a student (user). The images will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be shared, posted online, or sold.

Use of phone camera - In order to function correctly, the app needs to use your phone's camera. This is so that QR codes can be scanned. No photos are taken using the phone camera. No images from the camera are stored.

Use of lesson attendance data - This is used to calculate your course completion statistics, which are visible to you, and to instructors.
